The Seekers Guild
The Guild is a learning culture: quests, mentorship, creative practice, and community contribution. It’s designed to make growth feel like adventure instead of homework.
Who it’s for
- People who like learning by doing (and doing with others).
- Builders, artists, tinkerers, and curious minds.
- Anyone who wants EQ growth without getting preached at.
Participation tiers (v0.1)
Observer
Read the materials, watch how the culture behaves, learn the vocabulary.
Seeker
Take quests, journal outcomes, share learnings, collaborate when it’s aligned.
Mentor
Guide seekers, offer feedback, model AEGIS behavior, and help keep the channel clean.
Canon & the Prism process
Ideas are not “approved or denied” like a bureaucracy. They’re refined through a Prism: clarify intent, remove ambiguity, stress‑test ethics, and integrate what survives.
- Candidate idea → shared with context
- Feedback loop → refined by the contributor
- Integration → becomes Canon (versioned)
Code of conduct (short form)
- Speak plainly. No manipulation, no pressure, no shame rituals.
- Consent is law. “No” ends the ask.
- Attack ideas, not people. Repair is preferred over punishment.
- No harassment, stalking, or identity-based hostility.
